Sometimes, weird stuff happens.
One of the most interesting moments of my life.
I was around 10, in primary school. In Antalya. I think it was Autumn/Winter.
We're visiting my aunt's with my mother. I remember sitting on my own in the living room. Then I felt: something was strange.
I couldn't tell what it was. But something was fucking weird, weird with my face. Got a bit scared.
There was a mirror in the hall. I went there. Looked at the mirror. Everything seemed OK.
But something still felt strange. So I started moving the parts of my face randomly: I smiled. I twitched my nose. I raised my eye brows.
Wait a minute. What?

There it was. The left side of my face. It didn't move.
No, this wasn't possible. I left the mirror with an anxiety that was about to explode. I frantically walked a bit around in the hall. Maybe when I turned to the mirror, it wouldn't be there. Maybe that was something momentary. Otherwise, what the fuck?
I gathered my courage and went back to the mirror. Ironically, I smiled.
The left of my mouth didn't smile though. Then I also stopped smiling.
Went to my mother. And said: "Mother, something has happened to me".
The next day we went to the doctor. He said, I was having a temporary face paralysis. Apparently when your body gets shocked it can give such reactions (Why my body got shocked that day is a story for another time, but certainly will be told). I apparently needed to do some exercises with my face muscles, get some medications, and my face would get back to normal after a few weeks.
And it did. It turned to normal after a few weeks.
3 years later the same thing happened again. And I said to myself: Oh No.
